In cPanel change PHP value - Upload Max Filesize - from 2M (current) to 10M , also change Post Max Size from 8M to 32M at least.

All as we suggested in SPPB documenation, and then reinstall SPPB component.

Your Joomla didn't fully upload all needed files, that's why you have that issue.
