Nectar Template Install Problem

Hi, just installed Nectar Template and Easy Store on www.yellowspadedesign.com, followed all post install instructions...updated Helix, template, Joomla...now cannot get to Joomla admin page..just a white screen with menues login etc down left hand side? Spoke to one of your operasivesd on chat...they advised putting this on the forum, Can you please advise. With kind regards, Steve.
