Cannot Load Page Templates

Hi,

I just updated to SPBP 3.10 from an earlier version and the Page Templates are no longer loading.

Thank you for your help in resolving this issue.

I have download your site via akeeba backup and checked my localhost. It works fine.

Hi,

Thank you for your reply, but that is not the issue. The issue is with loading the Page Templates. When I press the Page Templates button, the templates are not loading. I just get a spinning circle. These are the templates for the different page designs and layouts in SPPBP.

I didn't have any issues loading the different page templates with the original SPPBP version that came with the MegaInc template. But when I updated to SPPBP 3.7.10, it is not working.

Please follow the hidden content and let me know. I think the problem comes from your hosting. That's why i told you to check it in your localhost.

Apparently, SP Page Builder Pro is using Cloudflare to load the Page Templates. I whitelisted the Cloudflare IP addresses and it is working now.
