SP Page Builder 4 years ago

Hello, With some hostings (at the same host), using "Page Template" in fontend or in backoffice, with different browsers and different versions of PHP and SP Page Builder, the system runs in circles without displaying the list of templates. What to do? Thanks for the feedback. NB: The question has already been posted, but no answer that works! Sincerely

Hello glenanPL

First things first. Have you updated your 32 digit SP Page Builder license key in the settings?

Best regards

Of course I do I added the key in my settings in the Joomla backend. I even added the URL of the sites in the dashboard of https://www.joomshaper.com/. It's the same thing :-( Sincerely, PL

Thanks Ofi, for the indication. I did tests on different OVH pro hostings and by deactivating the firewall it works fine, including on the subdomains. On the other hand with personal hosting it does not work! Even when disabling the OVH firewall! Any other clue? Thanks in advance PL

My apology! I have no other clue so far. Have you checked all the options in the above documentation? Generally, the issue occurs from the hosting end. Please check each steps here:

  1. Turn on the allow_url_fopen from your hosting
  2. Check the console error using inspect element from your browser
  3. Rocket loader or mod_security may block the resource loading. That's why: Turn off the Rocket loader, if you use the SSL certificate. Rocket loader contains inside the Cloudflare SSL Certificate.
  4. Turn off (disable) mod_security from cPanel (hosting settings).
  5. Use FTP tool (or File Manager) and check if the com_sppagebuilder folder exists or not. If exist delete (or rename) the folder: templates/your_template/html/com_sppagebuilder
