Position TOP 1 Shaper_helixultimate

Template 1 month ago

Hello

I added shaper_helixultimate to my page and I don't see anything in the TOP1 position.

On other pages with this template, I don't have a problem... but here it doesn't seem to have this position. I've created new positions and placed them above the menu, but they don't appear either. The same module works in other positions. Can you help me see if I'm doing something wrong? https://prnt.sc/fGbF2JUlv3A3

Thanks.

Hello AJCS,

Sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing.

It appears there are two issues preventing the desired display. First, the Section Title is set to header (prnt.sc/MIB-KSSav5SX). The header section is specifically designed for the topmost header and will only display if a predefined header isn't already in use. I recommend renaming this section.

Second, the responsive settings appear to be hiding the section on all devices (prnt.sc/L4HoUGkNV9mW). Please adjust these settings accordingly.

Hope this helps! If this doesn't solve the issue, please reach out and I'll look into it more deeply.

Best regards

Hello

Thanks! I think it was another issue, besides having it hidden on a device. Now with the header, some things do work. But I don't see it showing the modules as I have them configured.

Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong?

In the photo, you can see that it only shows the top 1 and top 2 positions.

The phone number appears outside of top 1. The icons do appear inside top 2.

And I don't see the top 3 and top 4 anywhere.

I have asked you to change the Section Title from header to something else. have you done that?

Yes, but when I put a different name in the header, it duplicates the top line.

I want it to appear above the menu, with the four positions I have.

Now I've changed the name, and it looks like this. It does show the four positions, but below the menu. https://prnt.sc/xkF5OTfvjkns

I'd like to have them above the menu.

The "TOP 1" and "TOP 2" elements appearing above the header are coming from the predefined header you've selected, as seen here: prnt.sc/GSEgsRydo47M. They are not part of the layout you created, which is appearing correctly below the header.

Okay, so we can't add the TOP3 position here?

I understand that if we select the TOP BAR, we only have two positions: TOP1 and TOP2. Is that correct?

If you wanted TOP3 position at the top then you have to use custom header. please check this documentation to know about custom header www.joomshaper.com/documentation/helix-framework/custom-header

Mmm, yes, but I still don't understand how the layout works.

I can create or add modules here. Everything I add is reflected on the page, except for the header or whatever I add above it. https://prnt.sc/EatAJuwEZ_TM

To add the TOP3 in the header, do I need to modify PHP?

Hello AJCS,

Sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing.

If you need the position above the header, you'll need to use a custom header. You don't necessarily have to hardcode it; you can create a custom header using the layout builder. Please refer to the documentation I provided earlier for more details.

Hope this helps!

Hello

It's fixed now.

I modified the PHP in the templates/shaper_helixultimate/headers/style-1 folder.

From the site builder, either it didn't work for me, or I didn't know how to do it.

For now, we're trying to work like this.

Thanks for everything.

Hello AJCS,

Please be aware that the solution you've implemented might not be update-proof. Any template update could potentially overwrite these changes. We recommend backing up this code. Thank you for your understanding.

Ok To do it from the page builder, where is it?

In the pages I've looked at before, I haven't found any formula that works for me.

Thanks for everything!
