If I understand correctly, you’d like your menu items to display with only the first letter of each word capitalized, rather than all characters in uppercase. If that’s the case, you can use the following CSS:

nav.t3-navbar.navbar-collapse.collapse .image-title {
    text-transform: capitalize;
}
