Hello. I can't install quickstart on my localhost, i tried with multi templates like :

• wimble
• podcasta
• fortune
• affility

i tried with all of these templates using quickstart package, but i can't. it still on loading page and nothing happen.

i use Wampserver with php 7.3.1
