Real ACL For Dynamic Content Collections And Comments

It would be super nice to have real Joomla ACL on Dynamic Content Collections and Comments.

Does any current or future development roadmap include these features?

I'd rather wait than implement wonky workarounds for ACL.

How do I use permissions to prevent anyone from accessing the comments?

Allow me to rephrase. Any chance of adding ACL support for CRUD operations on the administrative side?

From the administrative side, there is no separate ACL for dynamic collections. You will, see the ACL within the Dynamic Collection pages — such as the Articles page and the Article Details page (please refer to my screenshot).
