Home Page Not Displaying Correctly

I’m having an issue with the new homepage I created using the Politicals template. Specifically, I’m trying to replace our old homepage “home 2024” with the new one “home-2025.” Although the new page is entirely different in design, it still displays the old content whenever I check the front end. I’ve cleared the cache and tried multiple times, but the old homepage still shows up. Occasionally, the new page gives the error that it’s missing (404 Error)or deleted, though it isn’t.

I also need to add a second button to the right of the CHART button that reads "DONATE“ and every time I do the logo and burger menu get compressed to one corner and overlap in the mobile view. Please advise.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

In your language menu, I noticed that the old homepage is still selected. Please update it to the new homepage.

Thanks,

Thank you for your help, it worked. I realized I was making the change in the main menu instead of the language menu. The second issue I’m having is adding a donate menu button, so it sits side by side with the MyChart menu button. Every time I try, the buttons in the mobile version stop being responsive and overlap with the hamburger menu and logo. Thanks

Other issues I am having: the Jooshaper editor does not show as a choice when trying to edit articles. Also, there are spacing issues at the top of pages; part of the page is hidden under the menu header. One last issue is that the “ see more” button on the front page news article listing is missing the “ see all articles” button. I made sure it is on, but it still did not show. All these issues started when I updated the template. Please See photos. alsobthe slideshow in not responsive in mobole mode. photos and text do not scale down.

Hello,

I apologize for the delay. I was on paternity leave, which is why I couldn’t respond to your message earlier.

Please check your mobile menu overlap issues and the homepage button issues. The button issues are caused by an override addon. I have added a button addon and linked it to your News and Events page from home page.

Regarding the article you mentioned for editing with SP Page Builder: this article was created using the Joomla editor. That’s why you cannot edit it with our page builder. To edit with SP Page Builder, you will need to create the article using the page builder first — then the SP Page Builder editor will be available.

Best regards,
