Picture is Not Responsive In Mobile View

SP Page Builder 2 months ago

I use Joomla 5.3.3, Helix3 Template and Page Builder 6.0.0

When I insert a landscape picture in my page, the mobile view is not responsive. The right part of the picture is missing. I can fix this, when I enter a width, but then the picture is not presented correctly in all screen sizes of mobile divices. Depending on how big the screen of the mobile is, the picture is either shown too large or too small.

How can I fix that?

Hello Rashida,

It looks good now. The photos are now displayed correctly on different mobile phone screen sizes.

Thank you for your help.

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out.

Are you usibg the image addon or adding image as a background somewhere? Can you share your site link along with redirection to where you have the issue?

Best regards,

Dear Rashida,

no, I don't use the image as a backgroud. I insert it with the image-addon.

You can see the problem for example at the picture with the open window and the tree in the background.

.... is there perhaps a CSS-code I can paste in the image addon?

I've determined that with the addon "Image layout" doesn't have this issue. The images are correct on all screen sizes at mobile divices.

Does anyone have an idea what I can do?

Hello @Gerhard,

Sorry for the delayed response.

May I have your admin ccess to check the issue. It seems you have now added width, height values for different screen resolutions to look it better. I have tried to bypass them to see how it looks without them and it looks fine at my end. If you allow me access to your backend then it will be helpful for me.

Best regards,

Hello Gerhard,

Please accept my sincere apology for the delayed response.

Did you mean the image indicated in the hidden content box?

Would you please let me know?

Hi Gerhard,

It is looking fine at my end. It seems you are using cstom css for different device resolutions. Would you please remove those CSS and let me check the raw issue?

Best regards,

Hello Gerhard,

Sorry to hear about your troubles. Can you redirect me there with more information, please? Device resolution information would be better to have too.
