I just check and still nothing as you can see

Keep a abckup and Reinstall the latest version of page builder.Clear your Joomla and Browser cache and check again.

We have done what you have recommand but the problem remain the same .

Upon looking deep into the problem we have found that it grabs the font size fromTemplete.css h1 is force in the mobile version therefore no matter what we do nothing changes
