HELIX Ultimate Megamenu System

We are experiencing a positioning problem with the Helix Ultimate megamenu system on high-DPI displays (e.g., 2560 x 1664 resolution with OS scaling on 13" displays and similar).

Problem: When hovering over menu items that have megamenu dropdowns, the dropdown extends beyond the left edge of the viewport, making content inaccessible to users.

Expected Behavior: Megamenu dropdowns should automatically detect viewport boundaries and reposition themselves to remain fully visible within the browser window, similar to how regular dropdown menus handle edge detection.

Current Behavior: Megamenu dropdowns maintain their original positioning even when this causes them to overflow the left edge of the viewport.

Technical Details: Template: shaper_helixultimate 2.1.3. Root menu item (Services/Servicios) has alignment set to “Center” in the Mega Menu settings.

We have added an exception from our security team to whitelist 119.148.4.0/24 as your source IPv4 address.

Hello micduf,

Sorry for the inconvenience. I've informed the development team about this issue, and they plan to address it in a future update. For now, please use Alignment set to Right or Full.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Best regards
