Main Menu Not Working

Helix Framework 3 weeks ago

Hi, I'm having a problem with the main menu items. Helix Ultimate Template.

Basically, if I create a main menu item (for example, for a Blog category) and another item as a submenu, only the submenu item remains clickable, while the main item is not clickable.

E.g., https://staging.pgscoriglianorossano.it

The main items are Blog and Eventi.

Ciao.

I was able to click on "Blog" (main) and "Eventi" (main) - worked well.

please check from 2nd browser, just in case.

It seems to work on Firefox in staging, but not on the live site (I disabled the Blog submenu; you can try Events). It doesn't work on Google Chrome, Edge. It also doesn't work on Android (partially, as above). Best Rgds

Try on Chrome in Incognito mode. Ctrl+Shift+N

Becuase on my Chrome (PC) worked OK.

Reload browser cache, check from 2nd laptop to be sure.

Sure, I've already tested this, but while it seems to work in staging now, on the live site pgscoriglianorossano.it the Eventi item doesn't work (I disabled the Blog submenu).

Download Helix Ultimate again(!), and reinstall template, then clear Joomla and browser cache.

Probably you have version with problematic /js/main.js file

How is progress?

You can also just take mentioned file from a new template package, and replace it.

Hi, I replaced the file main.js as suggested but on the live site it doesn't work, I tried with Chrome, Firefosx both on desktop and mobile Android and iPad. Best Rgds
