On your pages, first hide the Zoho Form module and click Save. Then show the module again and save once more. After that, try to export — it should work. This issue may have occurred due to a SP Page Builder update, which might have caused the module to lose its database reference.

Please let me know the update.

Thanks.

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.

Once I have access, I’ll investigate further and see what’s causing the issue. Let me know once you’ve shared the details!

Best regards,

Hello,

The issue seems to be coming from these modules. Please check whether any of them are broken, have other issues, or if they can be safely removed.

You should now be able to export with SEO and media data.

Thanks,
