Hi Toufiq, Sorry for the errors, I made a mistake and switched the site to PHP 8.4, which crashed everything! I switched back to 8.3 and everything is fine, but the blank page issue in the SP Page Builder frontend is still there. Can you log back in and see where it might be coming from? Thanks for your help. Jack

I have checked your site on my localhost and it works fine without any problem. I think your server blocked to load the Page Builder resources. Thanks

Hello Toufiq, Thank you for your reply. But what do I need to check on my server so that the page loads properly on the front end? Any ideas? Thank you for your help.

Disable the mod_security from your hosting server and check.

Hi Toufiq, Thank you for your reply. I checked the hosting (my client is with Amen) and I can't find anything related to ‘mod_security’. Can you tell me where I should look to disable it? Thank you again for your help. Jack

Bonjour Toufiq, J'ai contacté l'hébergeur du site qui a bien désactivé le "mod_secutity"mais l'accès au frontend ne se fait toujours pas. Quelles autres pistes aurais-tu ? Merci pour tes retours. Jack

Hello Toufiq, Yes, you can back up the site via Admin Tools and install it at home for testing purposes. However, please set it to noindex, nofollow in the system so as not to harm SEO. Thank you for your feedback. Jack

Hello Toufiq, thank you for your feedback. Yes, access to the frontend is working fine on your environment. The question is why is it no longer working on the client's environment? For your information, before getting back to you, I also duplicated the site and installed it on another environment where the frontend also worked. So why is it blocked on my client's hosting, which is with Amen. What's more, he only works on the pages through this channel, of course! Thank you for your feedback. Jack

Somehow the page builder resources can't load properly in your hosting. You need to contact your hosting provider. Thanks
