Template Investa Configuration Zone

I’ve just installed the Investa quickstart template on the Joomla platform only. Everything went fine.
However, when I go into “Style Templates,” select Investa, and open “Template Options,” everything appears as shown in the attachment.
How could I solve it? Thank you and best regards from Italy.
