Second Page Of Products is Not Showing

hey team, my client has 2 pages of products. klicking on page 2 doesn't show the second page. the link is sucked at https://www.wohnherde.at/shop?start=10 I can manualy put in 20 in the url but the navigation shows only 10.
please advise. thank you alex
