I cannot access Frontend Editor

I purchased Page Builder Pro, but I cannot access the frontend editor. I have cleared my cache, but it will still just take me to a "cannot load page" error when I try to edit from the frontend. Also when trying to login, it would not accept my super admin login.

Have you fulfilled all the technical requirements and PHP settings, please? Here is a link to is for your ease:

You will have a section named 'SP Page Builder from Lite to Pro' there too, hope this will help you anyway!

Sometimes only reinstalling helps in such cases.

Hi,

I am still very confused about what you need me to do. How do I check to make sure that I have the correct downloads? I created a backup of my account, but a pop-up came up strongly advising me not to download it so I am a bit weary of doing this.

Is there any way that I can connect with someone from support to go over my system?

Hello there,

Please download the file from here once again and install it over the older one. Then, input the email ID and License key, followed by clearing the browser and Joomla cache.
