Hello Roberto Muniz,

Thank you for reaching out to our technical support forum. I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing. Rest assured, I will look into this issue for you and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Please take a full site backup with Akeeba Backup in ZIP format and share here. Follow this tutorial. I will check it on my localhost.

Best regards

I can't add it directly here. You have it ready in Akeeba Backup. If you use administrator credentials, you can download it.

What files need to be changed? I've made a lot of changes these days and can't upload a backup.

Okay, then share your database access. Or you can try it yourself. Run these SQL queries. Use your database table prefix instead of #

ALTER TABLE `#__easystore_products` ADD `unit` VARCHAR(10) NULL DEFAULT NULL AFTER `weight`;
ALTER TABLE `#__easystore_product_skus` ADD `unit` VARCHAR(10) NULL DEFAULT NULL AFTER `weight`;
ALTER TABLE `#__easystore_products` ADD `brand_id` INT NULL DEFAULT 0 AFTER `catid`;

Please keep a site backup before using the SQL queries for your safety.
