Navigation In Articles

Hi, I have recently updated Joomla to 5.4.0, SP Pagebuilder Pro to 6.1.0 and Helix Ultimate Framework to 2.2.1 Since then the navigation buttons (previous/next article) have gone. Now I cannot navigate to older blog articles. Is this a bug in SP Pagebuilder or in Joomla?

Thanks, Martin

Hello Martin,

Sorry for the inconvenience. The issue wasn't a fault on your end, but rather a problem with our plugin. I've corrected it by modifying some code.

We appreciate your understanding.

Best regards

Hi, I need to get back on this issue. If I select 2 or more categories in the element 'Articles' the navigation buttons work per category. So, if I open an article in category 'A' the navigation skips the articles from other categories.

Is this normal behaviour? Should I create different pages with the element 'Articles' for each category?

Regards, Martin

Thank you for your message.

Yes, this is the normal behavior in Joomla. The Page Navigation plugin is designed to work within the same category only. Therefore, when multiple categories are selected, the navigation buttons (Next/Previous) will only cycle through articles belonging to the currently viewed article’s category.
