The reviews under EasyStore seems to be showing how many reviews submitted per product and the average starts based on the provided reviews but you cannot see the reviews. I could not see any config to make the reviews public either, I need the reviews to be readible for the customers. Can you help me to configure it accordingly?

Hello. This is helpful but does not solve the problem. I can easily add the Reviews on the template via the method you are showing, but if you have let's say more than 20 reviews, all you can see is reviews on the product page and it will overshadow the product descriptions when I add the reviews add on to the layout. What I need is similar to Amazon concept, there is a indicator showing the number of stars and how many reviews each product has. The users should be able read all the reviews in a new tab once it is clicked on the number represents the reviews. Otherwise it will destroy the page layout. How can you add link to the reviews and make the reviews open in a new tab (ideal) or page to allow the users read the reviews?

this is one of the most important feature for e-commerce shop, how can you guys just put this on us? Can you guys provide this support? This was not clear when we made the purchase. I apologize for the misunderstanding. I’ve already provided the documentation where you can see how the Review Add-on works. I can confirm that we do have a Review Add-on that allows users to review any product from EasyStore.

However, the specific implementation you’re expecting is not available at the moment.

Well, you guys own the template. The add ons you are showing is useless unless users can read them with a reasonable gramework, which is not the case at the moment. When will you guys make this avaialble? This is a very big miss, how can you develop and sell an ecommerse framework without having an implemented review option avaialble? Please escalate this to your management, this is totally not acceptable, this is a basic feasute for an ecommerce solution!

We just need the posted reviews readable in a reasonable framework. Currently you can add the add-on to read the reviews and no problem when you have only 2 reviews as it will fit in the page but when you have 20 or more, it ruins the page. Ideally, the review ranking like 4.2 stars should have a link attached to it, and when you click on it, it should open the reviews in a new tab without ruining the page template and allow users to read the m in a reaonable framework. When can this be avaialble?

Can you get an answer from them today? Again, this is not a feature to me, this was not made clear on your marketing documentation and selling a e-commerce product without this feature is not acceptable. This is not an enhacement, it is as important as other basic things e-commerce requires. So, I do not think you should ask patience but escalate this to your management. This should be very easy fix in a day!

Thank you for sharing your experience. This valdiates my concern and legitimacy of this company. We have invested tremendeous time and money to develop our platform on EasyStore by false and missing advertisement of this company and now we are between rock and hard place. I know this company is not located in USA but I will investigate legal options with this company going forward. I am extremely concerned about the legitemacy of this company.

Releasing a new version involves several steps. First, management makes the decision, followed by UI/UX design, development, testing, and finally the release. Management does not approve a release that includes only small improvements or minor features.

At this point, the decision is not in my hands. I can raise requests, but I cannot force decisions. This week, we are scheduled to release a new version.

what is the value of providing this input here? Zero! Who cares your internal process, what customers care is the missed promises, false advertisement and tens of blah blah without delivering what was meant to be the core value proposition of what you are selling . So, keep cut it out and deliver it instead, if you have an non functional management and incompetent team, that is your company's responsiblity to fix it, it is not us to solve it and listen what your internal process is.
