Dear EasyStore Team,

The price filter on the main page is not functioning properly.

I’ve been working with various joomshaper templates, frameworks, and dynamic filtering systems for quite some time, and they’ve always performed exceptionally well.

To be honest, I started using EasyStore only recently, but over the past few days, I’ve been struggling to get things to work as intended. I still haven’t been able to design the website the way I envisioned, and I must say I’m extremely disappointed with the experience so far.

We completely understand how frustrating this can be, especially when you’ve had positive experiences with other JoomShaper products.

Regarding the price filter issue — we’d like to investigate this in detail. But, the credentials you provided do not match. Hence, I could not log in and check from the backend. I am using the whitelisted IP.

Or you can share a full site backup with Akeeba Backup in ZIP format here. Follow this tutorial. Then I will check it on my localhost.

Our goal is to make sure EasyStore works smoothly for you, and we’ll do our best to resolve this quickly. Thank you again for your patience and feedback — it really helps us improve.

at the moment i have about 250 tags.(see below screenshots) there will be about another 100+ tags more to come..

normally, when there are selection lists like this, there should be a search box also comes with it..so we can feed any number of tags to it and what it shows each time is about 10 tags and rest of the tags access through scroll bar. so how ever search an item in tags filter,, they can use tag filter search box to search it.. that is how other E-store applications are working.

this feature is utmost important.. i do not know how you guys missed this feature in your current application.

im waiting for next update badly!

I have got a patch version from the developer team. Please take a full site backup and check this version. If everything goes well, then you can use it. We will eventually update price filter fix along with other updates soon. Check the hidden content.

i have no idea what they have changed.. could you tell me what they have fixed here?

price filter is still not working. check screenshot below

other advance filter options are also seems not there which i requested.

your dynamic content feature has more filter capabilities(i mean, developer have freedom to make any number of filters for any requirement he has) compare to easystore..

it is require to have that level of filter customization ability to sell complext products like fashion items.

also, as i told you, some fitlers have 350, 400 items .. need a search box comes with filter..

please work on adding these features.

Your issues are already on the developer's table. It will be reviewed on the next update.

Price filter works on the base price. For example, your filter is fetching out the products priced between 8000 and 52200. The result products price is 9000, 9500 without discount. So, it is working in this way.

if that is the case , please inform the developer to come up with another 'price filter' which filter the results based on final price.. because if the customer can't find products which fits money in their hand(by filtering the display price), then that filter is useless.

I have asked the team to consider your scenario. The team will check the actual scenario avaiable on the market. Then they will decide if the filtering should work on final price (after discount) or not.

There is no instant solution for this. We have only got your request to change the price filter based on the final price. I have shared it with the developer team. If they decide to change it, then I will let you know.

The team has agreed to change the filter condition. They will implement it based on the final or discounted price.

I have talked with the team. The developement team is still in discussion with the management team about the issue. Currently, price filter works based on the full price. The team will check the necessity of the filter working with the discounted price. So far, there is no clear estimation.

Yes, the roadmap declaration is also in the talk. We have to wait for the final confirmation. Apology on behalf of the team for the delay.
