Dear EasyStore Team,

The price filter on the main page is not functioning properly.

I’ve been working with various joomshaper templates, frameworks, and dynamic filtering systems for quite some time, and they’ve always performed exceptionally well.

To be honest, I started using EasyStore only recently, but over the past few days, I’ve been struggling to get things to work as intended. I still haven’t been able to design the website the way I envisioned, and I must say I’m extremely disappointed with the experience so far.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I’m truly sorry to hear that you’ve been facing difficulties with EasyStore and that it hasn’t met your expectations so far. We completely understand how frustrating this can be, especially when you’ve had positive experiences with other JoomShaper products.

Regarding the price filter issue — we’d like to investigate this in detail. But, the credentials you provided do not match. Hence, I could not log in and check from the backend. I am using the whitelisted IP.

Or you can share a full site backup with Akeeba Backup in ZIP format here. Follow this tutorial. Then I will check it on my localhost.

Our goal is to make sure EasyStore works smoothly for you, and we’ll do our best to resolve this quickly. Thank you again for your patience and feedback — it really helps us improve.

at the moment i have about 250 tags.(see below screenshots) there will be about another 100+ tags more to come..

normally, when there are selection lists like this, there should be a search box also comes with it..so we can feed any number of tags to it and what it shows each time is about 10 tags and rest of the tags access through scroll bar. so how ever search an item in tags filter,, they can use tag filter search box to search it.. that is how other E-store applications are working.

this feature is utmost important.. i do not know how you guys missed this feature in your current application.

im waiting for next update badly!
