Disable Js And Css

Hi, How can I prevent jquery.parallax.js and animate.min.css from loading when SP Page Builder is active? I'm not using these features inside SPPB.
I already enabled the "Disable Animate CSS" option in the SP Page Builder configuration, but when I check the results on PageSpeed Insights, I still see both files being loaded, with animate.min.css showing a long load time of 2,100 ms.
Is there a way to fully disable or block these files from being included?

Accepted Answersame here I also disabled “disable animate css,” but everything still loads. In general, it would be cool if you could disable scripts that you don't need. That would save a lot, especially since SP Page Builder also has a lot of features.
