SP Page Builder And Helix Ultimate With New Auto-update That Comes With Joomla 6

Hi Joomla offers a new feature "automatic core updates" with J! 5.4 an d J! 6.
I'm building websites with Helix Ultimate and SP Page Builder. Will those be "compatible" with this new feature? I mean, can I safely enable the Joomla automatic core updates? Will you keep pace updating Helix and SPPB when necessary to be ready for any Joomla core update automatically being installed?

And as @Atick said, I can also confirm: These automated updates are only performed on Joomla core itself. Extensions are not included in these updates.
and yes, We all know that WordPress has those two features already ;]

Accepted AnswerI'm sorry for not being clear enough with my question. I understand that the automatic updates only concern Joomla itself, not extensions.
When automatic updates are enabled, I loose control over when and what (of the Joomla Core code) exactly gets updates, and whether the update might break an extension. Since the point in time of the update is unknown, I cannot proactively test updates.
So, I guess, I will not enable this new feature

Accepted AnswerThe same works in WordPress. But in Joomla, it will auto-update only between 5.x or 6.x Versions, depending what you have. But it will not upgrade from J5 to J6 alone!
If you manage one or two sites, indeed, you can ignore it, but if more than a few, you may consider it as a time-saving option.
In general, in 5.x line, it will be mostly fix & security updates. Only in J6 they may add new features.
