Hello, I have the system email configured via SMTP and the test send works perfectly. In the SPProperty settings, I have the email field populated with a different email address, which is where I need the emails to be sent.

However, they aren't being sent. I see that yesterday you tried sending an email with the name Md Atick Eashrak Shuvo to the account [email protected] because it was registered in the Joomla backend, but I'm not receiving anything by email, and the form doesn't indicate that the email was sent or the request was saved.

Ok, the email took a while to arrive but it arrived... What was the problem?

Apologies for the inconvenience. The issue was caused by your SMTP server not allowing a different Recipient Email than the SMTP account itself. I’ve updated the Recipient Email in the SP Property settings to match your SMTP email, and that resolved the problem.
