Error When Trying To Request Order Links For Guest Users With EasyStore

I'm having a problem with the "Order Link Request" menu item. On the front end, when I try to request a link for a purchase order, clicking the "Submit Request" button results in the following error message: "View not found [name, type, prefix]: joomshaper\component\easystore\site\controller\display, html, site" and the message isn't sent.
I'm using Joomla 5.4.1, EasyStore 1.7.2, Helix Ultimate 2.2.1, and SP Page Builder 6.1.2.

Thank you for reaching out. The issue was caused by the SEF plugin with strict routing enabled. I have disabled strict routing, and the problem has now been resolved.

- Was the SEF plugin already installed?
Reviewing the logs, it seems the easyStore component and Phoca Commander were reinstalled, which leads me to wonder if anything related to FTP was modified?
