Hi, I report that the 'off-canvas' menu is not opening. The template version is: 'Shaper_floox' 1.9. The Joomla version is: Joomla! 3.10.11. How can I resolve this issue? Thank you, regards.

Please note that we no longer support Joomla 3, as it is now obsolete. Kindly upgrade to Joomla 4 and check if the issue persists.
