Dear Support Team, I am using SP Page Builder Pro since 2021 and found a problem with my subscriptions I tried to reach you yesterday and the day before - but I am still waiting for your answer Can you tell me what I can do to get in contact with one of your service-support members

Hi thank you for your reply. A few days ago I have noticed that there are some subscription for SP Pagebuilder wich I have paid for but never used them. I have paid 4 SP Pagebuilder Subscription but never connected them to any website. Stupid me. I wanted to ask if there is any posibility to get, not a refund but the oportunity to reuse them for another clientsproject even if they are expired.

I am curious whether you can offer a convenient solution.

Hi.

  1. In "Hidden Content" share your e-mail used for Subscription/Purchase.
  2. Question: You had separate 4 x Personal subscriptions or one Business and not all 10 domains were used?

In general, it's like with buying a ebook that you never downloaded and read. We cannot refund something that wasn't used, but you could. Expired also cannot be moved to 2nd user. Sorry.

Black Friday sale is live with flat 50% OFF. It's huge discount, use it for your clients.

Hi Paul, thank you for your reply, I can fully understand your policy. I was stupid not to use the subscriptions that I have bought. But it shows how much I love SP Page Builder and your templates. I took advantage of your Black Friday Sales yeterday for three domains and alreday installed SP Page Builder Pro on one of my customers Domains.

I have entered the licensekey in the joomla backend but in my page builder account there are yet shown 0/3 domains in use even one is already installed on a server? Why is that?

Hi, I took the advantge to buy another Liceense for three more domains, and figured out that I usesd the older subscriptions but forgot the entry on my subscription panel on your site - everything is ok.
