Did you mean article when you said news item? If yes, please note that there is no default option in SP Page Builder to create a Joomla category blog layout.

However, since you're already using a carousel, you can use the Articles addon in SP Page Builder to create a custom page that displays your desired articles. The article detail view will still open on its own separate page, as usual.

With current version is not possible, if I understood well.

But I you could share example website that has it, it will be easier to see your vision/goal.

Hello, sorry for not replying sooner.

Since we're on this thread, is it possible to do what we wanted before using the Feature Box component? When the button is clicked, we'd like to display the article in a popup... so we don't have to create a new page to show the information. However, in this SP Page Builder Pro component, I don't see the option to open the link as a popup.

How was Paul Frankowski's solution implemented?

Probably you have to hire somebody who will create you custom addon. It will be much faster and you can include all your wishes/requests. I guess, you need that for commercial project, so your client will pay extra.

Or find advanced NEWS extension on JED that may have it.
