Cooming Soon Not Working

I want to use 'Coming Soon' from Helix Ultimate when Joomla is offline. But it doesn't work. The Joomla default is displayed. Any idea? Joomla 5.4.1 Helix 2.2.1 Page Builder6.1.2

Coming Soon =/= Offline mode (!)
- Offline mode - you can set from Global Configuration
- Coming Soon - you can enable/disable from Template Options, becuase this is Template feature.

tip! For time of site edition, use Offline mode (!) after you can disable it, and enable Coming Soon.
