SP_OnePage No Frontend Loading Or It Loads In 10 Or So Minutes

Hi, just got the sidewide problem that the Frontend is in a bootloop for many minutes. Backand is fast as ever bit frontend not. Once i switch template to joomla standard the site is loading normal. Need some advice please.

Correction: with the template enabled the site needs exactly 3 Minutes and 10 seconds of "thinking" than loads the contend imidiatly. It is on every link that is clicked. In the Developer-Tools of Chrome is displayed "Pending" till everything is loades after the 3 Minutes. Without SP_OnePage there is no waiting at all.

Thank you very much for the quick response.

Just as I was about to record the screen capture, the website started working normally again. The only things I did since yesterday were reinstalling the template and reinstalling SPPB. Both were already up to date before, and at first there was no improvement.

Now everything is running smoothly, though I honestly don’t know why it suddenly works.
