hello, i try to install a new jommla website using your templates but at the end of the installation I always have the same error! no matter what template I use !!

" Une erreur s'est produite lors de la récupération des données JSON : HTTP %d status code. Internal Server Error " I try actually with Onepage (Crunch is the same)

As I said it is a new hosting, never installed website on before. I just want to installe joomla with Onepage template. nothing more :(
