Hello Support Team,
I’m experiencing a blocking issue with SP Page Builder.
SP Page Builder cannot import ANY layout, regardless of the file used.
Every attempt results in the same generic error:
“something wrong there”
This happens with:
- Any layout file (simple or complex)
- Previously working layouts
- Custom and default layouts
So the issue is not layout-specific.
Environment
- Joomla: 5.4
- SP Page Builder: latest
- Server: Linux VPS
I’ve already cleared cache, disabled compression, and verified permissions.
Could you please advise:
This currently makes SP Page Builder unusable.
