Hello Support Team,

I’m experiencing a blocking issue with SP Page Builder.

SP Page Builder cannot import ANY layout, regardless of the file used. Every attempt results in the same generic error:

“something wrong there”

This happens with:

• Any layout file (simple or complex)
• Previously working layouts
• Custom and default layouts

So the issue is not layout-specific.

Environment

• Joomla: 5.4
• SP Page Builder: latest
• Server: Linux VPS

I’ve already cleared cache, disabled compression, and verified permissions.

Could you please advise:

This currently makes SP Page Builder unusable.
