Fortune Template Design Problems After Upgrading SP Page Builder

Hello,

I would like to update a website based on your Fortune template, but after upgrading SP Page Builder Pro from version 3.8.10 to 5.3.2, it appears that many design issues are occurring with this template (missing margins in sliders, image shapes that were previously circular now appearing square, tab addon where the subtitles of inactive items remain visible, changes in blog article image formats, etc.).

I also notice that these issues are present in the template demo available on your website.

Is this expected behavior? Is there a simple solution to preserve the previous design of the template, or is a fix planned in the near future?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi,

Please find attached an image with screenshots taken directly from your template demo, highlighting several of the design issues mentioned earlier.

As you can see, these issues are not limited to my local installation but are also present on the demo itself. There are others as well (different row widths, different line heights, etc.), and I have probably not noticed all of the differences yet...

Could you please confirm whether this behavior is expected after updating SP Page Builder, and if a fix or compatibility update for the template is planned?

Thank you in advance for your clarification.

Best regards,

Hi,

I will inform our team about it, in the meantime you can use custom CSS to solve it.

Thank you.

Hi,

Sure, I could take care of all these issues myself using custom CSS, but that is not why I pay for a subscription, and some problems—such as those related to the tab addon—are beyond my expertise anyway.

Do you have any idea when your team will be able to look into these issues? This concerns one of my client’s websites, so it requires a prompt resolution.

Thank you.

I will inform our team about it. If you need any CSS help, feel free to ask me and share a screenshot of that portion so I can check and resolve it.

Thanks.

Hi,

Thank you for your offer to help with the CSS adjustments. However, based on past experience and considering the number of issues involved, it will probably be faster for me to handle most of the fixes myself for now. I will of course reach out regarding any major issues that I am unable to resolve on my own.

That said, I would strongly encourage your team to investigate these problems, as they are also affecting the template demo on your website.

I look forward to hearing from you once you receive feedback from the team responsible for this template.

Thank you in advance for your follow-up.

Hi,

I noticed that the CSS issues affecting this template are still present on your demo website, which suggests they may not have been reviewed yet.

I was wondering if you have received any feedback from the team responsible for this template.

Since these problems are also visible on the public demo, I assume it should be relatively straightforward for the team to reproduce and investigate them.

Please let me know if there have been any updates.

Thank you in advance for your follow-up.
