Update To Joomla 5 By Switching To “Joomla Next”

Hello,
I’m trying to update to Joomla 5 by switching to “Joomla Next”, but I’m getting this error:
An error has occurred. 0 PlgSystemHelixultimate::onExtensionBeforeSave(): Argument #1 ($event) must be of type Joomla\CMS\Event\Model\BeforeSaveEvent, string given, called in /home/customer/www/hrbhirtshals.dk/public_html/libraries/src/Plugin/CMSPlugin.php on line 289.
This prevents me from continuing the update process.
It looks like the issue is related to the Helix Ultimate plugin. Could you please advise how to resolve this or what I should update/remove to proceed?

I am getting the following error:
“InvalidArgumentException: Please specify a valid response format, other than that of HTML, such as json, raw, debug, etc.”
This happens when I try to open “Template options”. Do you have a solution for this?
