If I add cross-sell products from the same category of products, then the products display as cross-sell products. However, if I had cross-sell products from different categories, then they don't display as cross-sell products.

That is the issue I have.

Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.

On your single product page, the product source is currently set to Related, so the current behavior is correct based on that setting.

If you want to display products on the single product page, please select Upsell as the source. Then, in the EasyStore product edit page, add all the upsell products for that product.

I have set it to upsell on single product page.

Please note that cross-sell products are displayed on the cart page, not on the single product page.

Hi, that has the same issue.

I have added 2 up-sell products to this product. But because Sponge Scourers is in a different category (Wipes), it doesnt display in up-sell products on the single product page.

Please, let me know, from when you face this issues?

My client informed me about this yesterday when when he was adding products and then tried to add cross-sell and up-sell products. If you select a product from a different category to add to cross-sell (or up-sell) it does not display, either in single product page or shopping cart page.

Yes, I can see the issue. However, on our local end, we are not experiencing the same problem. I took a backup of your site, but it failed to extract on my local PC.

To investigate this further, please share your FTP access or cPanel access.
