Cross-selling products are items that complement what a customer is buying. These are related products that go well with the main item and can be suggested to the customer to enhance their purchase. The goal is to encourage customers to buy additional items that they may find useful or necessary.

Accessing the Cross-sell Products

1. From your Joomla dashboard, navigate to the EasyStore > Products.
2. Create a new product or click on any existing products.
3. Scroll down to the Cross-sell Products section.

Assigning Products as Cross-sell Items

In the Cross-sell Products section, click the “Browse” button to view all available products. From the displayed list, you can choose and assign cross-sell products to the selected items. 

Click “Save & Close” to save the changes.

Displaying Cross-sell Items in the Cart

The cross-sell items assigned to each product will be displayed whenever a buyer views their cart.
