After installing the update to version 3.7.11 I got the following error:

Cannot instantiate abstract class Joomla\CMS\Factory
I downloaded the latest version from the site and installed it again, but same issue. The other problem is, that I can't see the pro features and there are no fields to enter the key and the email address in the options.
Any idea?

My site is out, I tried to unsetup SP Page Builder and now I can't access the backend either...

Version 3.7.11 works completely fine. So you can download the file and install it manually.
However, if you need older version anyway, please create a fresh forum post and you will get the older version there.
