Hello support! The <h1>RENDER</h1> header has appeared on the site. How can I remove it?

Accepted AnswerIt looks like this is caused by JoomlaShack OSpam-a-not v2.2.0.
I have fixed this temporarily on my affected websites using some custom CSS like this:
/* OSpam-a-not v2.2.0 temporary fix for "RENDER" text at bottom of page */
body > h1 {display: none;}
