Hi,

[https://www.joomlart.com/service/joomla-6-migration-service] Any migration j3 to j6 services available from joomshaper?

I'm sending you this link to your competitors, where they offer a service many of us need. Perhaps JoomShaper can offer us this service?. https://www.joomlart.com/service/joomla-6-migration-service

I am very interested.

Regards

Hello Isabel,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

At this time, we do not have any extensions available to migrate Joomla 3 to Joomla 6. You may try to explore third-party solutions for this purpose.

Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards,

Hi Ziaul,

I don´t ask for any extension, i ask for an UPGRADE service from JoomShaper, or almost any Documentation explained in detail how to. My problem is upgrade with products of joomshaper, when i test UPGRADE to J4 for example, many problems appear with Sppagebuilder and helix template and framework. I think this is a important for all users of JoomShaper products.

Hola ISABEL,

It depends what template you're using, becuase some of them are not supported for Joomla4/5 anymore. But if you have SPPB 3.8.10 you should be able to make migration to Joomla 4.4 and component will still work. Later you can upgrade everything and go to J5.

If you already have there Helix Ultimate, it will work and you can ignore Joomla warnings releated to Helix Ultimate and SPPB plugins. And yes, we informed about that in documenation.

But as @Ziaul said, indeed we don't offer free migration services, it's always premium service.

Hi @Paul,

I never said I expected a free service, I'm just asking if it's possible to hire JoomShaper's service. But since you've told me you don't offer this service, I'm just looking for the best possible information to do it myself.I've tried several times following the documents I've found regarding migration from J3 to J4, and I always end up with problems with JoomShaper components; I'm looking for solutions.
