Hello, I'm now having a problem with the Image add-on. I updated an image on an existing page, saved it, and now the page is no longer displayed. Is there a new code for this?

Hi there!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

To assist you more effectively, may I kindly request temporary administrative access to your site? This will allow me to thoroughly investigate and resolve the issue for you.

Before sharing the credentials, I strongly recommend taking a complete backup of your site to ensure all data remains secure.

Hi there,

Thank you for sharing your findings.

Based on your testing, the issue is related to the SP Cookie Consent plugin. Enabling the Backward Compatibility plugin allows the site to function temporarily, but this is not a long-term solution—especially with the upcoming Joomla 6 update.

Please note that the template and its associated extensions are not currently fully compatible with Joomla 6. The Backward Compatibility plugin is only a temporary measure and will not be available in future major releases.

We recommend keeping it enabled for now (if required) and waiting for an official update.

Kind regards

The backwards compatibility plugin was activated by your team, to whom I provided my administrator credentials, to work around the problem of publishing images on the site. Unfortunately, you were unable to permanently resolve this simple anomaly. I am forced to use the carousel plugin, inserting only one image. Furthermore, the image carousel plugin also suffers from serious browser window resizing issues, causing significant image distortion, while the carousel plugin does not have these problems. As for support, you are not doing a good job, even with the most basic things. Regards.
