Good day,

We have a background image in the section settings that is no longer displayed on all pages after the update. What can we do?

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Could you please set Error Reporting to System Default by going to: System → Global Configuration → Server → Error Reporting → System Default.

Once done, please let me know the update.

Best regards,

Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.

Once I have access, I’ll investigate further and see what’s causing the issue. Let me know once you’ve shared the details!

Best regards,

Hi I was having the same problem – however, I solved by changing background setting from cover to contain – save, then change back to cover, save – and everything is fine. I have to do that with every background image. I think the trick is to set the background to a differnt option and set back to original.

I had the same isue on a page after the update. Changing the background setting from "Contain" to "Cover" and back (with saving in between) solved the issue for me.

Nevertheless this should be checked by support. I will now check all the websites I have created for this issue...

Identical issue and changing each background image from Cover/save, Contain/save and then back to Cover/save worked for me as well. If had tons of pages on my site this would be very frustrating. Support do you have a fix yet?

@all,

We have identified the issue. It does not affect all users or all cases. The upcoming release will include a fix for this.

Thanks.
