Error Message After Several Updates

Hi guys,

I installed updates for JCE Editor Pro, SP Page Builder Pro, and the Helix Ultimate 1.1.4, all on the same day, on many websites.

On several websites I now got this message:

0 cannot instantiate abstract class joomla\cms\factory

Does this sound familiar to you? I restored a backup from two days before, and in the Administrator I updated these four items one by one, and checked the websites after each update seperately. After that the websites seem to be ok, very strange......

Yes, this was for the initial update of SP Page Builder. Now it is okay. Please dowload from the site again and install.

Hi,

I downloaded the 3.7.11 Pro yesterday. So when I see this error, I just re-install the 3.7.11 version?

The version you have downloaded has the issue. Please delete that version. Download from the site again and then install.
