Hope Template - Burger Menu Below Header

I am using the Hope template and the burger menu appears below the header for phone widths below 412. How do I fix this so it works properly as seen for phone widths over 412? This can be seen in the template preview online.

As I mentioned it can be seen in the online template preview: https://www.joomshaper.com/joomla-templates/hope and place the page in responsive design mode with a width of 360. It appears that "Insert Image" does not work in this editor.

Go to the Hope template: https://www.joomshaper.com/joomla-templates/hope Click on Preview (laptop mode, NOT the phone mode). Go to tools in your browser and click on responsive design mode. Now select a phone mode that is 360px wide.

Yes, that burger menu should be above in the header area between the Hope logo and Donate button.
