Pagebuilder German Translation Error

This has been bugging me for YEARS: In the German translation of the Pagebuilder "headline" is translated as "Kopfzeile". This is wrong! The correct translation would be "Überschrift".

This has been wrong for years and I have told JS this before, yet it is still incorrect and bugging all my clients, since they perceive this as a something to expect from a low quality product.

(While Headline literally translates to Kopf(head)zeile(line), in German the word is used differently.

Hello KE Comm,

Thank you for reaching out to our technical support forum. I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing.

Is it the only word or do you have a list of words? Please share here if you find other translation error. I will ask the developer team to update the language package for German language.

Best regards

If you can point me to the folder, where the language file is located I can send you a corrected one. (I am working for a company that does software localisation among other things)

The most pressing ones are: (Some have Typos, some are falsely translated)

Headline -> Überschrift Feature Box -> Feature Box Block Number -> Blocknummern Text Block -> Text-Block Button Group -> Schaltflächen-Gruppe Before After -> Vorher Nachher Image Layouts - Bildlayout Image Overlay - Bild-Overlay Carousel Pro - Karussell Pro

I have talked with the team. Please edit this file with the corrent translation:

de-DE.com_sppagebuilder.ini

Then zip the file and share here. We will verify and update it on our language pack.

Here's the edited version. There were terrible errors in there. You can tell this was done with Google translate or worse. There were missing translations, false translations, inconsistencies, asf. If SP Pagebuilder was Open Source this would be forgiveable, but for a paid software this is kind of embarrassing. If I wasn't a happy Joomshaper-customer, I should charge you for an hour of work at least... ;)

Thanks for your feedback and hard work. It will certainly help the community. No online translation or AI can do better translation than a native user. I have forwarded the file to the developer team. Your translation will be merged with our original file soon.
