Could you please share the page URL where the sticky header is not working?

If you go to the shop, there is currently 1 item there. Just add this to the cart and go to the cart.

If you are at the top, the header is not there; if you scroll, it will appear.

I'm not seeing any cart button or link in your site

If you go to the shop page next to contact,

you will see a t-shirt, and below it says 'add to cart' (green button).

To the left of it (gray button) proceed to checkout.

Please add the following CSS code to your Template Options -> Custom Code -> Custom CSS

    background-image: linear-gradient(180deg, #000000 0%, rgba(0, 0, 0, 0) 100%);
}
#sp-header.transparent-header.header-sticky {
    background-image: none;
}

After applying the change, please make sure to clear both your Joomla cache and your browser cache to see the updated result.
