Hello JoomShaper Support,

I am configuring a new Joomla 5 website for a client using your “Hope” template together with SP Page Builder.

The site is installed inside this subfolder:

https://www.arpiassurance.it/demo/

The problem is that when I open the URL, Joomla automatically redirects to:

/demo/installation/index.php

However, the installation folder has already been deleted because the installation was completed.

Here are the checks already performed:

Joomla 5 clean .htaccess uploaded RewriteBase configured correctly for /demo/ PHP version: 8.3 configuration.php exists and is correctly populated live_site is empty Database connection credentials are correct Cache folders cleaned File permissions checked

Current .htaccess is the standard Joomla 5 version.

The website files were uploaded manually together with the Hope template package and SP Page Builder.

Could you please help me understand why Joomla still behaves as if the installation is incomplete and redirects to the installation folder?
