Add To Cart - Cart Stays Empty

Hi,

On the latest EasyStore Pro 2.2.0 clicking 'Add to Cart' on any product pops the side-bar cart out which stays 'Your Cart is Empty'.

Latest J5 build, no server or Joomla cache setup or running.

Any thoughts?

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this oversight. I have checked your site on my localhost and test server. Both side it works fine.

Best regards,

Thanks - any thoughts why it doesn't work on my own hosting?

Maybe your server blocked the loading of EasyStore resources.

I'm not sure why or how it would do that, how can I check if this is happening?

You can check same site another hosting server or your local server.

That doesn't help me understand why it isn't working on my server - I've got no other hosting options, the server has several dozen Joomla websites running, but only this website using EasyStore - the rest have no issues at all, so it seems EasyStore is doing or needing something different that I can't work out.

Download a backup from this website and replicate staging site again. Then let me know if it works or not.
