No Update Information For Template Helix Ultimate

Hello! I have created 15 pages using Helix Ultimate. The current version is listed as 2.2.4. I am not being offered an update to version 2.2.6. In some cases, I am simply told that the update file cannot be loaded. Is this a known issue? Thank you for your help Klaus
