Good afternoon

Today, after a couple days of being offline, I want to visit my website to make some changes, and all I got was this message at the homescreen.

I can visit the backend, en update, but it doesn't bring any solutions.

I use J5.4.6 JoomlaShack Framework 3.8.12

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.

Once I have access, I’ll investigate further and see what’s causing the issue. Let me know once you’ve shared the details!

Best regards,

Good morning Thank you for your fix. How is it possible that this needs to be fixed? I didn't see it in other websites at the moment.

Your site have infected malicious files, please follow this post asap: Please follow the cleanup guide here: https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/45152

You can also use the following security scanner to help identify malicious files and delete them: https://github.com/zkrana/joomla-security-scanner

Please make sure to read the README.md file in the repository for instructions on how to run the tool.

After completing the cleanup and upgrading to v6.6.2, please let us know the outcome or if you need any further assistance. We'll be happy to help.

Good morning Ziaul

I tried the security scanner. I get a lot of files, that are modified a couple days ago.

I know for myself, it's been more then a month since the last update I did myself to the website. For another website, it all started at june 16. So whatever file the security scanner indicates that it's modified between june 16 and today will be deleted. So I hope the website will keep working :)

I also manually updated the JCE. because joomla doesn't give any notice for it.

Znd I use SPPB and JCE in about 20 websites... so I know what to do..

Good morning,

Thank you for the update. It sounds like you've identified the recently modified files and have a plan to clean them up. Hopefully, the website continues to work as expected after removing any suspicious files.

If you notice anything unusual after the cleanup or need any assistance, please let us know.

We're happy to help.
